Mr. Prasant Kishore is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and clinical research sectors. He currently serves as Vice President – Human Resources, where he leads Global HR Transformation initiatives across Lambda and Novum. His portfolio includes strategic HR oversight for key business verticals such as Early Phase (EP), Late Phase (LP), Pharmacovigilance (PV), and Biosimilars.
With more than 25 years of diverse industry experience, Mr. Kishore holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources and Law. He has also completed the Senior Management Program from XLRI and Aon Hewitt. Throughout his career, he has held senior HR leadership roles at respected organizations including Piramal Healthcare, Aurobindo Pharma, Sentiss Pharma, and the JK Group. Before joining Lambda, he served as Vice President, Human Resources at Kashiv Biosciences.
Mr. Kishore’s areas of expertise include Strategic HR, Organizational Development, HR Digitization, and leading large scale business transformation initiatives across multiple geographies. He is known for driving effective people strategies, strengthening organizational culture, building strong leadership pipelines, implementing people centric governance frameworks, and supporting high performing teams through progressive HR practices.
