Dr. Kale has been an integral part of the Lambda family for over 19 years, following a noteworthy tenure with SGS India Ltd.

Currently serving as the Senior Vice President – BE Operations at Lambda Therapeutic Research, Dr. Kale orchestrates the technical and administrative functions of the Bioequivalence (BE) unit across Ahmedabad, Mehsana, and Mumbai, India. Dr. Kale’s purview extends to the bioanalytical laboratory in Toronto, Canada. With a wealth of experience, he has successfully navigated regulatory audits and inspections from renowned bodies such as DCGI, USFDA, ANVISA, Health Canada, UK MHRA, Turkey MoH, and WHO, showcasing his commitment to excellence and adherence to international standards.
