How the team works at Lambda?
It’s teamwork that brings in results at Lambda. Each dedicated team is headed up by an assigned project leader or a Principal Investigator, who manages and coordinates the activities. This team comprises of experienced professionals who work cross functionally towards meeting the project objectives. Our project leaders are MDs, PhDs, M.Pharms and M.Sc.s and have an experience of over 12 to 15 years of working in different therapeutic areas.
During the course of study, we keep our clients regularly updated on how the project is progressing. Our project leaders have true accountability – right from managing the study to resolving any issues that may arise.
Working in close association with our clients is a learning process for Lambda. Each task is a new challenge and new opportunity to sharpen our abilities and deliver optimal results.
