The Lambda approach to work is quite complex. The nature of our work is a sensitive one. The processes require precision, accuracy, speed and quality. Each project comes with its own challenges and deadlines. So working efficiently in teams towards shared goals is extremely important. But work at Lambda is also about learning, having fun and being respected and recognised for one’s efforts and ideas.

Like the colour wheel, our work life is coloured by different hues. The most predominant being orange and blue. Orange is all about spreading joy and happiness. It frees one of inhibition and lightens one’s moods. It’s about optimism and radiating energy. Blue is about opening one’s mind to new ideas and thoughts. It symbolises idealism, sincerity, and friendship that inspires trust and steadiness.

Campus Beat:
As a part of our on-campus activities we visit colleges across Gujarat to counsel students on career opportunities in the field of clinical research. Students from B.Pharms, M.Pharms, M.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Lifesciences, Medicine, MLT, etc. are likely to find placement at Lambda for full time positions.
